The dining room is to the left, with a Bugi bamboo dining set with fossil stone top from Bali, as is most of the furniture through out the home. These are all matched as to design and setting for this home only. There is a built in Barbeque area next to the spa and pool.
The Master Bedroom is upstairs with over sized walk in shower and air tub, two vanities and walk in closet. The master bedroom has wrap around windows for unobstructed view of the ocean. The third bedroom, on the second floor (Queen bed) has its own private tub/shower.
The home is a Lucky Bennett design. Lucky is famous for his Hawaiian designs. He is one of the more famous architects that have designed and built homes that fit our islands, especially the Big Island, where he lives and works.
Please note this house was just recently renovated this year with new floors quartzite stone, new kitchen with appliances and all bathrooms completely renovated, all new sound thru house and outside, new teak outdoor furniture.
The home is ideally located within 1 mile of Kailua-Kona village, Kailua pier, abundant variety of dining including the famous FishHopper restaurant, and walking distance to 6 lighted tennis courts, and waterfront shopping. Besides the private pool, there is a swimming lagoon and beautiful white sand beach within the gated community. This lagoon is one of the few places on the kona coast which is useable all year round. The shallow water warms during the day making it comfortable for bathing year around.
