Description

This fabulous oceanfront estate-home has a 40 foot natural lagoon-type lap pool with 4 waterfalls, a sandy beach area, and ocean access for swimming. There are morning and afternoon sunning decks. Walk to a tennis ranch, hotels, restaurants and shopping. 1 mile to a 36 hole golf course. This 5 bedroom (plus bonus room that includes a Queen futon for extra guests), 5 bath home sleeps from 10-14, and is walled and gated for privacy. 6000 sq. ft. under roof. Amenities include the 40 ft. lap pool with 4 waterfalls, air-conditioning in the master bedroom, a BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils, cable TV, VCR, and stereo. Twins can be put together as kings. Linens are included.
Private gated home that surrounds the property and opens up towards the water. The house is 6000 sq, built on two lots and every room opens up to the ocean. There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and two dining rooms. The house is 10 houses away from Kahalu beach and a short drive to White Sands beach. You are able to snorkel in front of the home.

Starting from $1,295.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in $2,500.00 security deposit. $695.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Guest Rating:

The location and view is magnificent. Repair man was prompt when the garage door openers and stove did not work. Dryer in basement does not work. Internet service was dial up. On the webpage they talk about high speed wireless but does not exist. Need to fumigate for Cockroaches. If you don't mind sharing your space with these pesky creatures you will enjoy your holiday. They seem to be everywhere. The Volcano Park was special with the new activity at Kilauea. Snorkeling is great with many beaches to try. Weather was lovely, people were friendly. Space nice for family reunion.

Yes repair man is available 7 days a week, is a delight and takes care of anything immediately. "Second" dryer is being repaired or replaced. We now have "monthly" fumigation for roaches. Almost all new furniture, appliances within last 3 months.

Hi! We have just returned from a week at Kona Alii Makai and every minute was a delight. Two of our children, each with a spouse and three children, stayed there, and they loved both the informality of the house and its openness to h sea. They also loved that they could do all their meals together but get away from one another when they wanted to, given the two floors. The pounding sea and lava tide pools were a highpoint for both kids and adults, with lots of interest in the turtles, birds, crabs, and gekos! There were a few mechanical problems but Will was there within minutes to fix things and did a great job. The fresh flowers and Kona coffee which were promised were not there, but this was no hardship!
