Lounging in the warm Geo thermally heated springs is a popular pastime in Kapoho. One of the famous Ponds called Champagne Pond in Kapoho, which can be accessed and enjoyed from our property. You will be able to snorkel and see tropical fish and Sea Turtles. For a day trip, head to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Take a peak at an explosion captured on film in the Kilauea Visitor's Center. Head down the Chain of Craters Road and look for flowing lava. and explore the Thurston Lava Tube, the fern forests, and the other natural phenomena of the area. About One Hour Drive. Lava Tree State Park: Restaurants and Super Market in Pahoa Town 10 min Drive from the Home. Area attractions include, swimming, scuba diving, spelunking, fishing, restaurants, reefs, surfing, snorkeling. National Volcanoes Park is about 1 hour away. Akaka Falls 40 min Drive. If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival (ie: American Express, AIG, etc).
Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 fine will apply if the policy is violated. Due to capacity limitations of septic system and/or cesspools at our vacation rentals, please note that you may NOT have any extra Guests during the Day Hours at our rentals, you may be liable for additional charge. If you anticipate more guests please consider renting more than one rental in the area.
