The Country Club Villa is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large master bedroom with a private bath, guest room with twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, washer and dryer and barbeque on the lanai. The condo has been completely refurbished with fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. There is a 7 night minimum stay at this complex & 10 night minimum during Christmas Season. This is a non smoking unit as well as no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. .
