We loved the house and most especially we loved the view! We were OFF the street which was close and handy, no noise! Kona was close and the sunsets were great! Our family of 8, all adults had plenty of space for privacy and family together times. The Turtles were a BONUS! I would recomend this townhouse and this island. Barbara

Restricted beach access ensures privacy and seclusion. In addition to the Master Bedroom Suite, two additional upstairs bedrooms both have queen size beds and share a large bath. A fourth downstairs bedroom has a two twin beds and its own private bath. The kitchen includes microwave, oven, cooktop stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffeemaker and toaster. Starting from $387.50 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in. $200.00 cleaning fee. I cannot say enough positive things about this property to truly do it justice. It was perfect for our family!!! We spent 8 marvelous days there, watched sea turtles from the balcony and met some great people along the way. In the evening when we had worn ourselves out with snorkeling, body surfing, volcano visiting, sunbathing and other adventures, it was nice to sit on either lanai and watch the sun go down. Our family has truly enjoyed this property and will definately return!
