A wonderful part of the Kona Pacific Complex is that it is within close walking distance to town, but it is not in the middle of the noisy part of town. It is quiet and close to the fun! The condo has an ocean view from every room in the condo except for the front hall and the bathrooms. The condo has direct ocean views because it is located in the last wing of Kona Pacific that directly faces the ocean. This condo has no road noise or noise from adjoining units, this is because the building is concrete. For your enjoyment we have provided in this condo: an internet connection, a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and the bedroom, a stereo system with a CD player, a video library, a very comfortable new KING sized bed, down pillows, 400 count sheets, 18/8 stainless steel flatware, and air conditioning. The two bathrooms, not shown in the photos , are as pretty as the rest of the condo. Both are tiled in pretty beige tile with plush red towels. One bathroom contains a large bathtub and the other contains a shower with glass block details. We think you would surely be very happy with your choice once you walked into the condo and saw the attention to detail, the view and proximity to town!
