Keiki beach is just a short walk across the private road.
This lovely home was built in 2003 with 5,000 square feet of living area. Large master bedroom on third floor with its own lanai, a walk-in open shower and large tub. The master bedroom also has its own TV and a king size bed. There are two other bedrooms on third floor , one with king size bed and one with queen size bed, are located on the third floor as well. Main floor has an office with a queen sized futon that can be used as an extra bedroom. There is also another bedroom with king bed.
The main floor includes a large modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bar, dinning area near kitchen, and enclosed lanai, living room, and a second large lanai on the back with large table that can seat 8.
There are a total of 3. 5 bathrooms throughout the home.
The lower floor level has an entertainment room with half kitchen with sink/microwave/refrigerator, and large screen TV. There are two sofa futons which can be used for additional sleeping. This room opens to the pool and has a full bath.
Beach is ideal for safety and protected from surf by reef. Large sandy beach with limited public access. Can sleep up to 12 guests, however additional fees apply. .

Rates

Starting from $495.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Hello, the house that we rented was amazing, the outside area near the pool was where we spent most of our time, so I would have to say that was the best part. Customer service was good, house was well stocked with items we needed. Sercurity guards at the gate were very helpful and friendly. Our trip was great the whole time we where there so I cant really say what was the best part. " The whole trip" Best restaurant would have to be BUBBA GUMMP, what an amazing, friendly place, with great food and service. The adive I would give to someone who wanted to stay at the house, would be. " Sit, eat, drink and enjoy the peace and quite this house brings." Thanks to everyone who made our holiday one to remember, thanks to all the locals, you guys are lovely people, kind and friendly, you made us feel welcomed.

The light house is an amazing house! It was better than expected and it made our vacation that much better. It has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay... - Towels -- LOTS AND LOTS of towels including beach towels - Extra bed sheets, comforters, blankets, etc - Fully stocked kitchen with everything other than perishables - Soaps, detergent, dish washing liquid, shampoo/conditioner, etc - The owner had also provided us with a full binder with things to know about the house, the area, emergency services, things to see, and numbers to call. - board games and books - BBQ grill was clean and ready to go with all the tools required for a great a barbeque We were a total of 8 people and we enjoyed every bit of the house. There was a small private beach just 2-3 mins walking distance. The community is gated with a security guard patrolling 24/7. The house has plenty of fans and windows creating lots of ventilation. In short, the light house description and pictures do not do it justice. RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE!

The unit was spacious and clean and well equipped for our needs. We did not require any special service. I have already told friends about the accommodation we enjoyed. I am considering taking my family to the same place next year. We loved the Kona Brewery Restaurant although it is hard to see even the menu because it is so dark in there although they did provide flashlights. The food is good and good value. A luau is a "must" event for anyone holidaying in Hawaii; even the children loved it. The fresh flower arrangement that greeted us at the home was a lovely, welcoming surprise, thank you.
