The house was lovely, however would not be suitable for people who can't negotiate stairs easily. Our 2-1/2 year old learned how to get up & down quite quickly, however at 68 years old, I'm grateful I didn't have to go up & down too much. The description of the pool as "refreshing" might be a bit optimistic. We were looking forward to using the pool, but it was just too cold for the children. The Big Island has so much to see and do that we really only used the house as our "recharge base". The location is great and the sunsets were stunning. Our grandson was delighted with the geckos. The booking agent was very helpful in finding this home for us and the property manager was also very helpful with our early check-in.
