The fishermen in your group might want to fish off the lava rock pool just like the locals, so feel free to bring your gear.
There are also 2 two-man ocean kayaks & boogie boards to use at your own risk.

Watch the gorgeous sunsets or the spinner dolphins from your lanai. When the sun goes down, sit in the private hot tub & star gaze, or BBQ under light of tiki torches Hawaiian style. Kick back and relax in the evening and watch movies on the big screen.there is a 100+ DVD collection for your enjoyment.
Though you are just moments from the shopping and dining options available in Kona, you will feel worlds away.

Customer service was great. Did not have a greeter at the house, which we have enjoyed when renting apartments and houses in other parts of the world. But it worked out OK. The upstairs bath (not master) needs work. The bath does not drain and faucet is very touchy, little water pressure with warm/hot water. Plenty of pressure with cold water.
The best part of our trip...the house! Volcanoes Park! Submarine ride! Hula Girl Coffee tour/tasting! Bite Me Fish Market at the marina, Place of Refuge (Don't miss it!).
Best Restaurant...fresh Monchong (from Bite Me) on our grill at the house! Otherwise loved Huggos On the Rocks
I wish I had more time to explore the eastern part of the Island. Hard to do from Kona, but wouldn't have missed this house for anything. We loved it.
