POOL HOUSE: Very private multi-purpose room - sitting/entertaining/sleeping area with queen sofa, bar-kitchenette. Full bath with sauna & 2 showers (one inside, one outside) and a large spa in a covered outdoor area adjacent to the pool - yet very secluded and private! Central air conditioning. The pool has a cover to keep it warm in the winter months!

All amenities and services of the Mauna Kea Resort and the Hapuna Prince Hotel. We can provide daily maid service, chef, or dinner can be prepared at the hotel - delivered and served to you in your home private home-villa.

Includes use of the Mauna Kea Golf Course, tennis courts, restaurants, beach, pool and spa. Our Mauna Kea membership entitles guests to use of all these amenities at same rate as the hotel guests.

Starting from $1,295.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in $2,500.00 security deposit. $595.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
