EXTERIOR: As soon as you arrive at this and private full acre tropical paradise, youll feel youve been transported into another time and place. MAIN HOUSE INTERIOR: Hale Aouli has everything youd want in a vacation home. Not only is it kept in pristine condition, but its furniture and fixtures are of the finest quality in every room of the home. Your tour will begin as you enter its great room boasting 20 ft. high open beam ceilings and a 60 flat screen TV housed in a huge custom, multi-sectional cabinet with several movie and stereo options and speakers located throughout the main house as well as the outdoor courtyard and lanai areas where you may see and hear different stations in different locations. If you look to your left, youll be spoiled by the dining areas ten foot long teakwood slab tabletop and a large, original Yvonne Cheng Hawaiian watercolor hanging above an 18th century buffet. The kitchen beyond it is open and spacious with a large, friendly sit-down bar area, all top of the line appliances, separate full freezer and full fridge, an additional drink refrigerator, microwave, cappuccino machine, a 48 Wolf gas stove with griddle, two ovens and six burners. Its long island houses a second sink, second disposer and hot water dispenser thats great for tea drinkers. The homes kitchen is very well equipped with everything youd want to spoil at least 10 people comfortably either formally or casually.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: The oversized master bedroom suite jets out beyond the great room to the right and commands its own luxurious views, sea-breezes and sounds of the surf and its size boasts a good portion of the homes square footage. This suite includes its own office with a partners desk and two ergonomic desk chairs that offers plenty of room and peace and quiet when needing to work early or late by others standards. Next to the office is a large, elegant walk-in closet, its own full-size stackable washer/dryer to keep your towels always warm and dry, and its master bath boasts a huge 8 ft. long shower with several features and styles of sprays to keep you entertained. Outside its doors is a totally private garden with a 6 ft. long, deep soaking tub and separate hot shower under the palms to enjoy whether its summer or winter on the mainland.

OCEANSIDE LANAI: The homes huge oceanside lanai area spans the width of the property and is entertaining as well as relaxing, whether your enjoying the view of the ocean while catching glimpses of Maui about 50 miles in the distance or lying on a float in the heated vanishing edge swimming pool or enjoying a glass of white in the Jacuzzi spa. Its a great place to read your favorite book or play Dominos or just close your eyes and listen to the Hawaiian music station at your favorite decibel level. its all good! The inviting outdoor wet-bar area with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV is a favorite evening meeting spot. To its right is an outdoor living room and 20 ft. high mahogany ceiling overhang complete with ceiling fans and a comfy sofa, four very comfortable lounge chairs, and an antique coffee table often used for evening meals. On the other side of the bar is a six foot stone round dining table which is also a favorite spot for dining when barbequing. And speaking of barbeques, this homes large Viking BBQ is very popular with home cooks as well as in-home caterers alike.

COURTYARD GUEST BEDROOM SUITES: All three of the homes guest bedroom suites are located off of its enchanting gated but topless courtyard complete with palms trees, fragrant and flowing plants that include plumarias and tiara gardenias and connecting lagoons with a soothing waterfall in between the stepping-stone style walkways.
All three guest bedrooms are beautifully appointed, all have either king or double queen beds in them as well as sitting areas, desks, large walk-in closets and generous bathrooms all with separate water closets and very private outside showers. Also located in this courtyard complex of suites is the guest laundry room that also houses a stack of towels to take off-property during your stay there. And the large, two-car garage, available to all guests is conveniently entered through the courtyard as well and houses all the pool/beach boards, fins, masks, boogie boards, toys, etc. for guest use.

PAUOA BEACH CLUB FACILITIES: All guests of Hale Aouli are welcome to use all the wonderful facilities of homeowners at the Pauoa Beach Club located just to the left of Hale Aouli and extending down to the beach not more than 50 yards from the homes oceanside lanai. These facilities include its magnificent 100 ft. long lap pool and chaises and umbrellas surrounding it, a huge air-conditioned work-out facility overlooking the lovely natural lagoons and stunning Pauoa Beach where youre welcome to order up or bring in your own personal trainer. In addition, these facilities include mens and womens locker rooms complete with showers, bathrooms, lockers, private Jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms and private outdoor massage rooms when youve reserved them through our Pauoa Beach Concierge team.
