Starting from $319.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $215.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

This unit was very well equipped with everything we needed for a nice stay with teenage girls--boogie boards, paddle board, kayak, beach towels, toys and beach chairs. The kitchen was also nicely equipped and since we do a lot of eating in, it made for a fuss-free cooking experience. The private beach was great and the location was good for getting to all the good beaches such as Hapuna Beach and A Bay. Kailua-Kona is also a quick drive away as is getting to the north areas-Tropical Gardens and Hilo and also Volcano area. The only negative about the unit was the lack of view for the older folks, although the girls thought the pool out the back door was tops!

The golf villas were great, especially for a family group such as ours. The service we received from all was timely and efficient. The unit was very well equipped and it really felt like home. We spent a lot of time on the beach with our grandsons as it was perfect for "little ones". The only thing I missed was a view of the sunset-it would have been nice to be able to see them.
