These new (2004) town homes are available in four elegant models. The Maile, a split-level model, is the largest in size at 2,752 SF and includes an upper level master suite with exquisite views. The Ali'i (2,558 SF) and Kahili (2,643 SF) models are single-floor units equipped with their own private pool and spa. The Lehua model is a 2,174 SF two-story townhouse that all feature garden or fairway views. All models feature 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms.

Units include gourmet center-island kitchens, luxurious baths, a spacious dining room and extensive covered lanais equipped with a wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill.
