Rates

Starting from $275.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $275.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Overall it was very nice stay, the condominium was clean, convenient to be next to the pool. On the downside the air conditioner was problematic and did not work at all on the first day and the last day (yes we understood the back doors needed to be shut well after I asked the manager about it, it was not the problem), so got no sleep at all those nights and in particular the last night -- I couldn't belive I was paying that much and the air conditioner wouldn't even work, kind of wrecked the end of the trip for us. --David Powell

We do show that guest called the second day of their stay to state the air conditioner was not working and after making sure all the doors and windows were shut well, the system started. We do not have any additional notes that it was a problem after that. The air conditioning unit has been checked and is working correctly.
