We have taken great care to outfit the property with everything you will need for a worry free stay....even an abundance of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are centrally located across the street from the brand new Queens Market Place and King's Shops which offer a wide variety of dining and shopping alternatives. A wonderful beach is a short 10 minute walk away...a perfect place for a morning snorkel, or an evening sunset!

Starting from $299.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $225.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. We really enjoyed staying at the Villa. Very comfortable home and it was in a great location. Easy access to beaches that had the best places for kids to play at.
The customer service we recieved was not the best. They did give me a lot of good advise before we got there and it did help. As for anything that came up later (while at the house) it took a day and a half before someone called me back.
