Our unit is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. Additionally, there is an 800 square foot loft...a perfect play area for children or sleeping for added guests. The open floor plan overlooks the pool & spa area allowing you to keep an eye on the action, without being in the middle of it! We love to cook. This is evident in our kitchen, which we have equipped with the serious chef in mind. In addition to top line appliances & granite countertops, you will find all the tools you will need to prepare gourmet cuisine. You also have the option of utilizing the outdoor kitchen with gas grill that is built right into your lanai! The atmosphere is comfortable & functional. Flat screen TVs, DVDs, surround sound, internet access....We have taken care to provide you with all the amenities you will need to have a relaxing stay Waikoloa Beach Villas is a brand new community located across the street from the Kings Shops and the new Queens Marketplace & Cultural Garden. Waikoloa Beach Villas is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the beautiful and sunny Kohala Coast. The Queen's MarketPlace is well underway with grand openings of various stores.

Starting from $199.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Our group of eight fell in love with our condo, (D 23) at the Waikoloa Beach Villas! It was spacious and so beautifully furnished and we all felt right at home. We were just steps from the pool and the Queens Market across the way was great for an early walk to our morning coffee. We stocked up on groceries in Waimea and really enjoyed cooking and eating meals together.

Our customer service was excellent and we WILL be bringing friends and family back to stay again next year! All of the information at the condo was so helpful in our planning day trips all over the island. We spent many days hanging around enjoying the pool and the local beaches, soaking up the breeze, reading and napping!

A must see is the Waipio Valley! We did the van tour that took us all down together to the valley floor. Our guide was a wonderful local and each of us was in awe. We range in ages from 21- 47 and there was something for everyone. Great photos and tons of beauty!

If you decide to take a trip to the Big Island I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful unit! It was a perfect home base. The place was stocked up with everything needed to settle in and have a relaxing time.

Overall, the accomodation was very good but there were cockroaches in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. I would recommend for you to fumigate the condo. Also, I would very much like to be able to park in the garage because I did not have a parking space to park, so I parked in one of the reserved space and in the morning there was a note on my windshield to ask me not to park there. I also think that it is a good idea that we should get the refund for the down payment as quickly as possible because it is not fair that we paid upfront and not get it back for 1 month.
