Welcome to our self-contained two-story town house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft. In the kitchen, you will find top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and all the amenities you will need to prepare delicious meals. You also have the option of utilizing the outdoor kitchen with gas grill that is built right into your lanai overlooking the pool and lush green surroundings. more »


The atmosphere is comfortable and functional. With flat screen TVs, DVDs, surround sound, free wireless internet have taken care to provide you with all the amenities you will need to have a relaxing stay. Parking is available throughout the complex. While access to garage for parking is not available, there are beach gear items in the garage for your use.

The 400 square foot loft affords a comfy hideaway for children or teens, with a queen-sized Murphy bed, leaving ample room to lounge, or a whole new bedroom for extra guests. The loft also sports a TV.
We are conveniently located across the street from the Queen's Shops, which is complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events.

Within a 15 minute walk or 3-minute drive, A-Bay awaits your family for their beach, snorkeling and surf adventures, and close by are lava fields and ancient petroglyph trails to explore. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69).
Attentive guest services, pristine cleanliness, basic amenities, your own laundry facilities, and a perfect atmosphere add up to a lovely vacation stay.

All of our units have a well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf.
The most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, The pictures dont do it justice. We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs.
Late flight arrival? Just ask, and well be happy to do a preliminary grocery shop, arrange for flowers, set up or guide you to activities, or give local information with all we know. At , our aim is to please, and we seldom miss the mark. .

Rates

Starting from $209.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $175.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Reviews

This was a lovely unit! Although I had initial reservations about facing the pool, these were unfounded, as the pool was not used very much and those who did were not noisey. It was great being conviently located across the street from the Queens shopping centre and also the King's shopping complex. The entire area was beautifully maintained and landscaped. I would have appreciated a map of the complex. We arrived at night, and it was a bit challengin finding our unit. I also understand that there was a work out room for the complex on the website, but was never able to find it! Other than that, everything was great - a beautiful unit, great location close to services and beaches, without being in the heart of an urban area.

The unit is located in a wonderful gated community. It was convenient to the Queen and King shops in Waikoloa. It was quite spacious and clean. There were no problems getting to the unit, getting in the unit, parking, etc. There was a TV and DVD player in both bedrooms and the living area. The outdoor kitchen and kitchen appliances were super. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable also. We were able to go everywhere on the island that we wanted to get to easily from this location. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks.

Our group of eight fell in love with our condo, (D 23) at the Waikoloa Beach Villas! It was spacious and so beautifully furnished and we all felt right at home. We were just steps from the pool and the Queens Market across the way was great for an early walk to our morning coffee. We stocked up on groceries in Waimea and really enjoyed cooking and eating meals together. Our customer service was excellent and we WILL be bringing friends and family back to stay again next year! All of the information at the condo was so helpful in our planning day trips all over the island. We spent many days hanging around enjoying the pool and the local beaches, soaking up the breeze, reading and napping! A must see is the Waipio Valley! We did the van tour that took us all down together to the valley floor. Our guide was a wonderful local and each of us was in awe. We range in ages from 21- 47 and there was something for everyone. Great photos and tons of beauty! If you decide to take a trip to the Big Island I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful unit! It was a perfect home base.
