I will definitely recommend this vacation rental!! One thing I have learned about traveling with 4 boys is that it is so much cheaper to rent a condo or house than to stay at a hotel!! This particular condo was very comfy and convenient to grocery store. I also like that there is a pool table. It definetly kept my boys entertained! We will be back!!!

This is a 2200 square foot entertainment haven! This town home is ready for some fun! Come play pool on our pool table. The living room boasts a 50 inch flat panel TV with DVD player and surround sound system. All rooms and the loft have flat panel TVs and DVD players. This property is outfitted with board games and movies.
Just outside the living room slider on the lanai is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ for your enjoyment. Steps away from there you will find the cabana, pool and jacuzzi. "Waikoloa Beach Villas" is a new gated community located across the street from The Kings' Shops and the new Queens' Marketplace and Cultural Garden.
Our unit is well appointed with everything you will need to make your visit just perfect. A completely stocked beach locker with beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, balls, toys, ice chests and beach towels. Just a quick stroll to the very popular 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities.
Fine restaurants like Roy's, Merriman's, Big Island Steak House and the food court are a few steps out the back door to the Kings' Shops. Also, check out "Movies Under the Stars" on Tuesday nights among other special events hosted by the Kings Shops.
All of our units have a well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf.
The most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, The pictures dont do it justice. We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs.

Starting from $269.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $215.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The unit was very spacious & laid out. It was very well stocked with what we needed. The customer service was very good. We had to call about the dryer making noise, needing a propane tank & the master shower drain was slow. They dryer was fixed BUT does still need work. The propane tank was delivered ASAP. We did not address the drain issue until we were leaving. I'm sure it will be taken care of promptly. The best part of the trip was being with family. There was lots for the 3 teenagers to do & the adults to relax. I will highly recommend this condo (already have). The best beach we found was right across from the Veteran's cemetery. It had a sandy beach, good waves & restrooms. We definitely would want to rent again at the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

The unit was very clean and maintained well. Customer service was excellent. The best part of this unit is its location to the pool and Hapuna Beach. Also convenient when walking to shops in Waikaloa. Big runner and ran many mornings around Waikaloa Loop. A wonderful time was had by the entire family.
