Description

With a spacious layout, this brand new 2200 square foot town home is ready for fun! Play pool on the pool table that also converts to ping pong! The living room has a 50 inch flat panel TV with DVD player & surround sound system. All bedrooms, as well as the loft, have flat panel TVs & DVD players. There is even a PS2, video games, board games & movies for your enjoyment.

The property has 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Two bedrooms are master suites. The king bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen TV, private lanai, walk-in shower, bathtub & double sink vanity. The second master suite has a queen bed & private bath with tub/shower. The loft has 2 full futons & entertainment area.

Just outside the living room door is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A few steps further and you are at the pool/hot tub area.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is a brand new community located across the street from the brand new Queens Market Place and Kings Shops, which offer a wide variety of shopping & dining options.

Starting from $299.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $250.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We brought our family for a 50th anniversary and all of us agree - the condo was VERY pleasant - comfortable, convenient to the beach, town and all other wonderful sights. We would come back to D4 again as all of us were satisfied with the accomodations, pool area, locality and the way the condo was furnished. The staff was helpful, when we requested something - they responded and the place was clean to our satisfaction. Twelve days was good for enjoying the island but we still had more to see - so we will be back!

The condo was in need of a real good cleaning. We had the cleaning lady in the second night as the air vents where back with dust and dirt.
Behind the furniture found dead bugs and dirt. Also cockroaches and I told them.
The top of the fridge in the kitchen 2 inches dirt.
Aside from that it was okay.
