  • From one of Florence's party--the Pearce mom--we thank you for our stay. We think the condos are solid, quiet, beautiful with everything in them we needed. We did hear groans about the aging factor in the extra sofa/bed combination this time, and several of us got bites at night that we didn't in our previous trip and rental, but we can't pinpoint the source or truly blame the condo. When one frypan seemed too thin and worn, it was replaced in the next day, and likewise the plumber came promptly as well, for a running toilet. We left a note about a possible leak coming from under the wine cooler. But these were minor notes. We think the rental is superior. We could live easily with 3 small families in it and would happily do so again. Thanks/Ann Pearce

  • The location of the unit was great, right across from the pool and an easy walk to shopping. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens and towels. Seven of us shared this unit so we needed to use the sleeper sofa for our granddaughter. The bed was extremely uncomfortable even for a 3 year old so the unit really only accommodates 6. The sofa downstairs was also uncomfortable (and stained) and we could have used another chair and side table in the room. The cleanliness of the unit was fine.
