Built with privacy in mind, the three separate buildings of the home all
boast stunning oceanviews. Two bedrooms and a bath in one section, the
living area, full bath, kitchen and dining room in another and 2 bedrooms
and a bath in the third section. Sunsets every day, kids splashing in the
pool, great meals prepared in the modern spacious kitchen. Oceanfront
bedrooms have a queen and three full size beds. NO TV, we are serious
about getting away from it all, but the house is equipped with highspeed
wireless Internet service!!!

Wailea Bay is accessed by leaving the property and walking down a pathway
which will take you two minutes.

Pavilion: The ocean and pool view Main Pavilion is the heart of the property. The Pavilion has a full kitchen, indoor dining, and living area with a large comfy sofa and a twin punee. There is also a full bath with huge shower. Plus a separate laundry room and pool-toy closet.

Detached Hales: Alisons Hale on the North side of the Pavilion consists of two bedrooms with ocean and pool views. One full bath with both indoor and outdoor showers. Both bedrooms have separate outside entrances. There is a lanai with seating area just off the bedrooms.

Bed sizes: 1 King and a Queen

Annes 2 bedroom Hale on the South end of the Pavilion is also detached from the main house. There is one full bath with tub indoors plus an outdoor shower.

There is also a small living area with twin punees (day beds) that can be joined to make a larger bed if desired. This Hale also has two ocean view lanais with seating.

Starting from $1,100.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $520.83 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
