Therefore, all pricing and terms of rental are determined by the individual vendor and are subject to change. All travelers must pay a 30% to 50% deposit to make a reservation and pay the full balance for the vacation rental within 30 to 100 days of arrival depending on the specific rental. Cancellation after a vacation rental confirmation is issued results in forfeiture of any collected money, except the guest's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable).
