Description
Formerly Kai Hulali to some repeat visitors, the new owners have painted, installed cable, high speed internet, added all new furnishings, and are ready for you! Enjoy sunset views from the lanai or take 5 steps and you are on the beach. There's just a single lane dirt road between you and miles of beach! It doesn't get much better than this Hawaiian style beach house. Play in the calm, protected waters of Anini Beach; perfect for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, or just floating on a pool lounger. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 kings and a set of bunk beds for the little ones, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. There is an additional one bedroom downstairs with a full kitchen, bathroom, King bed, and it's own separate entrance. You can't access this unit from inside the house, but there's a convenient set of stairs on the side of the home. Great for that couple that wants to travel with family, but have some privacy too! For little ones the owners also have a crib and high chair in the upstairs unit.

The home was open air feel which was perfect for the beach. The waves very mild near the home which was perfect for small children. A short walk up the road and you could find bigger waves. The kitchen well equiped and ceiling fans a bonus in every room (note no AC). Very quiet place but short drive to Princeville or Hanalei and only 20 minutes form the South. isolated downstaris apartment was useful for the grandson for his naps!

The Bikini House was just perfect for a family with kids! We rented the entire house (upstairs and downstairs). The beach was just steps away. The lagoon was very calm and about 4 feet deep, which was great for our 4 and 5 year old (and for the adults too, who just wanted to float around and relax). The house was well equipped and had everything we needed (including lots of beach toys and floaties). Ainini Road was quiet and close to Princeville and Hanalei.
The outdoor shower was a treat. We felt really "native" and remote and away from the tourists, but at the same time, close to the grocery store! We enjoyed the Polynesian Cafe for lunch and dinner. We had a blast at the Smith Family Luau! The kids loved it.
I would highly recommend the North Shore of Kauai! I hope to make if to the Waimea Canyon next time. Thanks to Hawaiian Beach Rentals for making this an easy trip to plan! Mahalo!
