This 5,000 square foot home is located on Anini Beach below the magnificent Cliffs of the northern coast of Kauai. The largest reef in the State protects this beach from rough waters nearly all year long. This makes for ideal swimming and snorkeling conditions. The white sand extends from the beach down to the lagoon which gradually changes into rock and coral formations. This home has four spacious bedrooms and a den which can serve as the fifth bedroom, all with ocean views! It's constructed with hardwood and marble imported from the Philippines. This home has a hot tub and a large covered lanai overlooking the ocean. An excellent place to read and relax while enjoying the breath taking views!
Located on the main level is the living room, den with 1 twin bed, and 1 bedroom with twin beds across the hall from the den, bathroom, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges. The owners have also completed an additional private suite downstairs with a Queen canopy bed, wet bar, and full bathroom (attached to the main house, but with a separate entry).
The upper level has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, second TV, en-suite bathroom, and a wet bar. On the complete opposite side of the home is another upstairs bedroom with a 2nd King bed, marble bathroom, double Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower just down the hall.
Both master suites have their own staircase and there's no adjoining hallway on the 2nd level, offering couples complete privacy. The upstairs even has a library fully stocked with Hawaiiana literature.
Being on the ocean this home has experienced some 'weathering' over time, however the location speaks for itself! It doesn't get much better than gentle Anini Beach, especially if you have small children in your family!

Be sure to visit Tahiti Nui's in Hannalei for delicious food (even though it doesn't look much like a restaurant) as well as live music that is a pleasure to relax to.
