Noho Kai is a New Plantation Style Home sitting just across the road from picturesque Anini Beach. Completed in January of 2000, Noho Kai was designed especially with the vacation traveler in mind. It is a 3 BEDROOM, 2 1/2 BATH HOME that will easily accommodate up to six people.
The 1750 square feet of comfortable living space, with 800 square feet of covered front and rear lanais, just beckons you to sit, relax, and enjoy. A short walk of 75 steps and you are on Anini Beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Noho Kai's two master suites have king beds, private bathrooms, and French doors that open onto the front lanai. Both master suites are identical in size and are separated by the Great Room for privacy. The third bedroom has twin beds with its own private lanai and a half bath just across the hall.
The Great Room and kitchen are open, spacious, and have vaulted, high ceilings. Ceiling fans and French doors opening to the front lanai give you the feeling of being outdoors even when you're inside. The large front lanai is covered to protect from those occasional showers that keep the North Shore so green and lush.
