This brand new two story house has 3 bedrooms (2 King bedroom suites and 1 bedroom with 2 Twins or one King). All of the bedrooms have a/c. Each King suite is designed with full privacy in mind and have private bathrooms. more »


Heading up the Kauaian Kamani paneled staircase to the second floor youll find the views from the dining room (which comfortably seats 8) the cozy living room and the fabulous ipe lanai. Also on the second floor is the third a/c bedroom with 2 Twin Beds that can be used for the keikis or converted to another King bed. Theres also the shower room and a full stainless steel, fully stocked Kitchen. We believe the preparation of meals is a major part of the vacation rental experience and want yours to be fun, easy and memorable.

Colorful. Weve used the local jungle fowl, the Moa (and the ever present yet never the same Kauai Rooster) as inspiration for the colors in our new house. Nature is bold and amazing, so we decided to give in to the power! Our cocks comb red floors are dazzling and inspirational while the dark wood trim and tropical wood accents and natural slate bathrooms bring an earthiness to the overall design of the house. We have a reputation for cleanliness and offering everything+ that you might need in your home in Hanalei, this is not just another vacation rental.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people (in the Living Room we have a pull-out sofa bed) but is best suited for one couple, two couples, or a small family (with or without a Nanny!)

The exterior is lushly landscaped and framed for privacy. Although we are on the main road of Hanalei once you enter the Mauka Mana gate you are transported to another dimension. There is a small guest house on the property that the owners live in while on island. Each house has a separate entrance and parking area; your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Location: Hanalei is many things to many people; its the surf of famous Hanalei Bay, moments away from this home situated at the start of Hanalei town. It can be the National Wildlife Refuge of Hanalei Valley that sits just behind the taro fields behind the house. People come from round the globe to see the endangered Hawaiian goose, the Nene, fly freely overhead. Many species of birds, including the endangered and endemic, can be seen from the lanai.

People watching and the comings and goings of Hanalei are also a part of this house. We are located on the Nationally Registered Historic Roadway, Kuhio Highway, just past the historic Hanalei Bridge. If you are familiar with the area, we are the fourth building mauka side after the bridge, just past Postcards restaurant and across the street from the BEST SHAVE ICE IN HAWAII! Starting from $360.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $750.00 security deposit. $360.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
