Starting from $310.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in $350.00 security deposit. $175.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

the unit had a lot of space...when we needed anything rob was there for us...we enjoyed just walking to the beach and to ching young village...everything was very close...we could have had better weather, more sun but it worked out....we loved just driving all over the island and discovering different things to do...we liked kalypso, bubba burgers, and the small family type restaurants...next time we return will have to come when the weather is warmer...we didn't get to learn how to surf...that will be on our next agenda...what a great trip...

We knew the Ipo Loa was where we wanted to stay when we saw the notation that Ipo Loa means "two lovers". We were enthralled with the location, the accomodations, supplies inside the unit, and the Aloha Spirit that was around the place.
We of course are planning our next trip when we can stay longer.
Very clean, and met all of our expectations.
