The Hanalei Dolphin Restaurant

Serving up goodness since the early 1970's, the Hanalei Dolphin is a seafood lover's dream. This multi platform establishment has many options for some of Kauai's freshest catch fish. The Hanalei location sits aside the Hanalei River at the eastern entry into town, with its own parking lot and is easy to find with its named painted like a marquee across the front of the building.

Environment/Dcor: Nostalgic Hawaiian dcor, quiet riverside table seating, indoors and out.  Good spot for a date, meal or a drink, but also family friendly.

The Hanalei Dolphin is legendary on Kauai's North Shore. Whether for dining, or purchasing fresh fillets of fish from the "Fish Market" off the back of the restaurant you are in for a treat. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor table seating, a bar, and a sushi lounge area. When the days are warm, the outdoor seating with view of the stream and mountains makes for some of the finer casual dining in Hanalei for lunch. At night, the sushi lounge, bar and indoor-seating make for lively environment for a night out or a few drinks.

Parking recommendations:
There are 2 parking lots for the Dolphin, if the small lot along the roadway is full, pull around the western side of the building and there is a much larger parking lot.
