This property is first class. Everything is top shelf in the units and the location is wonderful. The beach is not really swimmable but that is the case with most properties on Kauai.

The view was incredible. That, and the location - including the beach, pool and barbeque facilities - were the best features of this unit. The proximity to shops and restaurants was great. The condo was nicely laid out and furnished, and the photos on online did not do it justice. Unfortunately, the very uncomfortable beds and the road noise in the bedrooms would keep us from renting this particular condo again. We enjoyed the place very much, until in came time to go to bed. We will definitely look into other units in the project for future visits.

Excellent vacation! The facilityand the condo were first class, and the pool and the beach were awesome. I have some great pictures of the sunrises from the back porch. The location was perfect for us. We did had some miscommunications with the check-in and check-out procedures, but it worked out okay. The only negative was the sleeping arrangements; it is supposed to sleep six, but realistically it sleeps 3-4, max. The hideaway/couch should be tossed. But we would definitely come back again. Thanks!

Beautiful home, beautiful location! Prime Rib at the Bull Shed next door was outrageous! Horesback riding at CJM Stables was the best day ever!

Lae Nani 431
Location was great, central to all. The North Shore was favorite but expensive to stay so East is best value. Grounds were lovely, good pool and beach for kids. The unit had nearly everything you could want, except a workable bottle opener for the much desired cold brew at end of an eventful day. The unit's cold tap in main bath was also rusted shut so cleaning teeth with hot water is not so enjoyable. There was a great set up in kitchen and toys for kids otherwise and I would definitely recommend Lae Nani 431. Thanks so much.

The unit was clean, lovely view, quiet Customer service - very informative and helpful Seeing the island - Waimea Canyon and helicopter trip A breakfast and lunch restaurant down the road from the hotel Sunrise photo's from the beach I would recommend anyone to stay at Islander on the Beach. Central to do trips to see the sight's on the island. Seeing we came from New Zealand We where intrigued with your chicken called the' Moa'
