The Hale Nui (main house) has a master suite and five bedrooms and ensuite bath, each with incredible views of the gorge and mountains. The master suite includes a private sun terrace, a sunroom/sleeping porch, daybed alcove, library and reading area, fireplace, entertainment center, and a whirlpool bath in its own sanctuary overlooking the North lawn and gardens. There's even a cedar closet.
The Octagon room has three facets facing the gorge and mountains, a wrap around private terrace, and outdoor shower facing the mountains. The Octagon can also be used as a sitting room or library.
Kauai Nani's workout facilities are located in the Main House north wing. In addition to access from the living area, direct exterior entry ensures the home's privacy and serenity. The wing includes a private executive office and conference room for up to twenty participants. Additional space in the loft area accommodates up to six desks.
The telephone system includes twenty-eight extensions, intercom and full conferencing capability as well as Cat 5&7 data circuits and high speed access.
The Loft is designed for flexible use, as a play or work space, guest accommodations, or staff quarters. The loft includes a kitchenette, full bath and laundry facilities.
The Pond house is situated on the Frog Pond below the Koi Ponds. Each guestroom comprises approximately 400 sq. ft. with a private terrace. The Pond house North features a king size bed, reading and desk area, and full bathroom.
The Pond house center is designed for use as a living and dining room, and or as a private suite with a king size sleeper a day bed and private bath. |
