This newer constructed custom guest house is situated on approximately three acres with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean out front and
the spectacular Anahola mountain range in back. The kitchenette includes a double hotplate, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. This EXCLUSIVE AREA has few homes making it an ideal location for peace and quiet in a completely private serene setting.
The lavish and spacious interior is accented with Asian inspired furnishings, Brazilian cherry wood floors, custom cherry cabinets with granite counter tops and a full wrap around lanai with beautiful views all around. The home features wifi internet access and HBO cable. Quality and professional workmanship throughout and a gorgeous setting makes this a fabulous vacation destination like no other.

Nearby points of interest- A three minute drive will take you to Moloaa beach, one of Kauais most beautiful beaches. Just a short
distance away are the Princeville shopping center, the Princeville world class hotel and golf resort. And a 20 minute scenic drive will
take you to either Hanalei Bay or Kapaa.

Starting from $129.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 45 days before check-in $200.00 security deposit. $100.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The cottage was everything we were looking for. Secluded with beautiful scenery, yet still close to beaches and restaurants. Be sure to spend some time just relaxing on the Lanai. Moloa'a beach is right down road and should not be missed. Was never crowded. We really enjoyed our stay on Kauai and this cottage just added to our experience. We would definately return and if this rental is avaiable, we would love to stay again.

The unit we rented was the most beautiful cottage ever. My husband and I loved how close to everything, food, beaches and shopping. The only problem we had was finding the place. The instructions were a bit vague, mile markers would be better to use. But the place was awsome. No complaints.

Guest Rating:

I would revise the driving directions for those that try to find the guest house at night. For example, using the Moolaa Fruit Stand as a road milestone doesn't work at night - it's very hard to see if that is the Moolaa fruit stand or not in the dark. I would suggest that the direction use the mile markers on the side of the road as much as possible since headlights can see those. I spent at least one hour driving up and down all the roads in Kilauea looking for the northern Koolau Rd exit.rnrnThe guest house was great and Yolanda was wonderful.rnrnThank you,rnrnJohn Barnard
