This unit and complex is extremely well maintained. You won't have to look any further for your future Kauai vacations as you'll want to return here annually. Starting from $350.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in $300.00 security deposit. $200.00 cleaning fee. Additional Fees: $25.00. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Villa was very clean, which is important to us. Compared to our last rental, we thought we might have some basics such as coffee, salt, pepper, etc. We noted the other villas in this complex were not rented. Why were we offered only the one? Would have enjoyed Honu Kai Villa 1 if we could have had the choice. Thank you! We certainly will use your service in the future.
