Everything was perfect but here are some suggestions for improvements: 1.More lights outside in the garden 2.The outside was not very clean when we got the house (a lot of spiders etc...). When we pay fees for the cleaning we expect the house to be perfect 3. Someone should come every 2 days for the trash....when we are 8 in a house it's normal Or indicate more clearly where to put them if a person can not come Otherwise the house was very nice Thank you

The cleaning fee is for the interior of the home. The landscapers come to the home once a week to take care of the yard and there is also pest control done on a frequent basis. Spiders make webs at any given time and we are located in a tropical climate which is very conducive to insects. Guests were from France where they definitely do not have the types of insects we do on Kauai. The interior of the home was perfect. The guests also arrived 2 hours before our allowed check in time of 3:00 p.m. and really did not to allow our personnel access to the home to do our standard pre-arrival walk through. There is a framed Welcome Letter that is located next to the keys and fresh flowers that are placed upon guests arrival. It states what should be done with the trash and what day trash pick up is. It is the guests responsibility to get the trash out to the road the night before trash pick up. This did not happen. We were called by the guests twice to pick up the recycling and that was taken care of.
