Whether showing off its awesome power in huge crashing surf or its multi-hued beauty on a calm glassy day, the sparkling ocean at Kai Lani always puts on a great show, especially when enjoyed from one of two hammocks situated in the row of swaying coconut palms.

Starting from $1,142.86 per night. $1,000.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in $1,000.00 security deposit. $450.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

I loved the vacation! Kauai is a very fun but relaxing island. The Kai Lani was Great with a fabulous view and pool.
It got a little hot. The house could use more fan's and the cottage updated. But the house had everything you could need. We cooked at the house several times and enjoyed all the local restaurants. We spent several days filled with activities on the island and several days relaxing bye the pool. I would definitely recommend this house and location for any vacation.

We had a wonderful trip to Kauai this year. The Kai Lani is a beautiful property that fit our families needs perfectly. What a great location! We all enjoyed the pool, patio and of course watching the sea turtles from the waters edge.We will definately rent the Kai Lani again.Thank you for your hospitality!

We vacationed with our three 82-year old parents at Kai Lani. They loved the house, particularly the big lanai. They also liked walking along the relatively flat road that runs along the ocean to the national tropical botanical garden and a small farmers market about half a mile away, or to a beach about half a mile in the other direction.
