Starting from $200.00 per night. $500.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. Cleaning fee varies. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Guest Rating:

The rental unit was clean and had been recently updated. There was a partial ocean and mountain view from the upper balcony. I could watch the sun set from the balcony. The beach (Breneke and Poipu) is walking distance so no packing up a car and trying to find parking. In the afternoon when the sun hit the ocean side of the condo one could just go and sit on the lanai on the other side which was shaded, cool with a great breeze. Customer service was great and efficient. We'd stay there again. This was the nicest condo we've stayed at in our three trips to Kauai. The best new place we found to eat was the Poipu Grill just down the road towards Koloa. It is just an open window on a building with a series of businesses, but the food was great and inexpensive. It is take away, but a good bargain. We've been to 5 of the Islands and Kauai is our favorite. I like the fact that it isn't over developed, yet and enjoy all of the outdoor opportunities, not just the beaches. We can't wait to return
