This was our second time renting PS223 and we love it. They thoughtfully provide beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The king bed is especially comfortable -- the proximity to the pool and the Weber grills is a plus.

Starting from $225.00 per night. $500.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $115.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

I have rented this unit for my parnets-in-law, and they were extremely happy with it. It had awesome view, huge balcony, nice furnishing and was very, very clean. They also liked the fact that the bedrooms were very far away from each other which allowed them not to hear noise from their 2 teenage boys, and they really rested.
