Located within that same mile is another golf course, Kiahuna Golf Course. World class restaurants, some a short walk from the house await you for those nights you wish to dine out, such as Roy's, the Beachhouse, and Joes on the Green. Less than a block away is the beloved Baby Beach, where children as well as adults can venture into the ocean with the protection of a natural break, and a sandy calm beach. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
