The customer service on line and over the phone was superb. The unit was spacious and generally well appointed. I would recommend trying some of the local restaurants for good comfort food including Oki Diner in Lihue and Kountry Kitchen in the northern end of Kapaa. Next trip I am looking forward to taking a few days to see Lanai & Molokai. The best part of the trip was simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet in Kauai and at the Poipi Kai at night. The condo was very spacious and comfortable with a/c and ceiling fans. It accommodated 3 different families under one roof and was a great way for all of us to be together and yet have plenty of room to spread out. The keyless entry was perfect for everyone to come and go without having to worry about misplaced keys or cards. Scott, the manager, was very helpful and personable. We came home feeling relaxed and refreshed. Mahalo! Unit was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, serving platters etc. I liked the fact that the unit is well stocked with spices for cooking and others who've stayed have left their contribution for the rest of us gourmet cooks. Only downside to this unit is the distance to the parking lot. Unloading luggage and groceries for 8 is no easy task since this unit is the furthest unit from the parking lot.
