It's said that first impressions are the most important in judgment. When we walked in, tired from the travel and flustered because my family and I were having an argument at the time we arrived, the condo was so immaculate that we were silenced with glee. Air-conditioner was on (thank you); Christmas Tree was lit (nice); gorgeous tropical flowers sat on the table to greet us; your company even programmed Christmas melodies when we opened the TV armoire---WOW!!! My family of 12 w/ baby are very grateful.

The customer service we received leading up to our trip and during our stay was excellent and responsive.

The best part of our trip was the convenience of such a well-laid out floorplan; the kitchen was so well-equipped that we hardly had to eat out, saving us tons of cash. You furnished us with enough towels, not always a possible for such a large party.

The convenience of having a washer and dryer cannot be overstated. We had to wash our clothes and towels every single day, allowing us to pack less clothes in our luggage.

I tell everyone how perfect our stay was and how great our condo was.

I can easily say that when we go on our next vacation in Hawaii, we won't settle for a hotel room. You've spoiled us.

Upstairs spa-tub didn't work. AC not very good. Locked at 72 degrees. Downstairs bedroom sliding door lock didn't work. Refrigerator malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Place is showing quite a bit of wear. Soiled carpet,etc.

The townhouse was spacious, modern and clean. The Kitchen was great for cooking and had modern appliances. The dinning room had enough space for 8 adults and they provided us with high chairs for our infants which was great! This place is also located within walking distance to Poipu Beach which is great fun for snorkeling and playing on the beach. We will definately be back and recommend it to everyone we know. (PS not a single bug in sight! and AC is KEY!)

The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. The flat screen TV's with the DVD/surround sound was a nice feature in the living room and bedrooms. The bathrooms throughout the unit were all very roomy but was lacking in towel racks and hooks. Kitchen was great with the granite counter tops, double drawer dishwasher and refrigerator but was lacking with enough pots and pans. Would be nice to have shoe shelves outside the unit if your house rules require "No Shoes" inside. With 12 people and multiple pairs of shoes, you end up with a very cluttered look at your doorstep.
