Regency, Phase II Unit #922 is a luxury condo located in the Poipu Kai Resort, island of Kauai and among the finest on the island. Like all Regency Phase II Condos, Unit #922 have central air conditioning, a rare and appealing feature. Regency II Unit #922 has a beautiful, spacious granite kitchen and marble tile bathrooms with a jetted tub and walk in shower in the master bedroom. There are four bedrooms and one semi-private sleeping loft. This condo has designer furnishings and full surround sound entertainment centers for relaxing in the evening with your favorite movies. Regency II guests have access to swimming pools, gas barbecues, and eight tennis courts with weekly round-robin tournaments. We were delighted with this beautiful condo. We were attending our son's wedding which was only a couple of blocks away at the Hyatt and everything was so convenient. The condo was fully stocked with everything that we would need(soaps, shampoo, laundry & dishwasher detergent, etc.) Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Steve & Pat Parker

Our family of 10 adults was comfortably accommodated at this lovely condo. An easy walk put us at the beach. We loved the relaxed and classy atmosphere we enjoyed at the Regency. It was a memorable stay!
