New carpet throughout and new living room, dining room furniture. Air conditioned three-bedroom, three-bath condo with full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There are two full sized beds in one bedroom, a queen and a full bed in the second, and one king-sized bed in the other, as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit offers a wonderful direct ocean view in addition to private lanais off of the living room and each bedroom.

"we were there March '08. This was a VERY nice place. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! We took our three children, nanny and my husban and I and there was pleanty of room for all of us. The owners take care of the property very well. We felt so welcomed there and like it was home that we definately were not ready to go home. There was a pool and workout facilty on site as well, a big plus! We will definately rent this specific unit again! Thanks for helping make this family vacation so memorable!"
