The view from the balcony was unbelievable......Customer service was good at the front desk and concierge, however restaurant service was horrible...... Also there is no parking close to the condo units.....groceries and such had to be carried to and from. The unit stated it was ocean front, but really it was a ten minute walk to the beach. One of the greatest restaurants for a casual lunch was Tropical Tacos or Bubba Burgers....there are also a few great health food stores, and cafes. The whole island was awesome.....I loved that there was no smoking.....and the island was clean The unit itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and it was decorated nicely. I couldnt think of anything that would add to this condo, we really enjoyed our stay. It is on the third floor ( p.s. no elevators) Next time on my trip I will do the zip lines and the tubing side trips......
The views from this condo were fantastic! The restaurants and grocery store in the area were expensive but we got groceries while in Kapaa that were more resonable so that worked out great. This condo had all the upgrades and we especially loved the comfortable beds! Great place to vacation!rnrn
Our family, including twin 11 year old girls, had a blast ... the accommodations were superior (although it could / should have been cleaner - FIRE the cleaning crew!!!), views outstanding and access to all was plenty convenient. This experience is worthy of a repeat performance!!! THANKS!!
A gorgeoous view and a gorgeous condo. Plenty of room for all of us including three teenage boys. Resort was easy to get around with convenient facilities. We made a great choice.
Unit Superb. Grounds very beautiful. Only major downer was inability to get food/drink at pool, which is not a good thing in Hawaii. Wouldn't come back if that's still the case at a future date. Bar area very fun, and restaurant very nice.
