Spectacular views from high-quality low-rise condominiums are all 2 bedroom 2 bath units. This complex features a complete set of amenities including a swimming pool, common area barbeques and a tennis court. Newly refurnished and beautifully decorated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has panoramic ocean views from all the living areas. Walk out onto the grassy field from your living room and watch the humpback whales and dolphins as they swim by. Relax with a cool drink on the lanai as you enjoy the Bali Hai view. This quiet location is directly above Turtle Cove where large sea turtles play and is walking distance to Hideaways Beach and Queen's Bath. If you must, DSL is available to check your email. There is a dvd player in the living room to watch movies on the large flatscreen tv, or watch the other flatscreen tv in the master bedroom while relaxing on the king sized bed. The guest bedroom has the queen sized bed for friends and family. There is a community pool and hottub on the grounds and tennis is available at no charge at the Princeville Tennis Club while staying here. This is why we call it Paradise.

This unit was wonderfully located on the cliff. Spectactular views from sunrise to sunset from the living room to the master bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated and made for a great home base. The #3 building and the #4 building are both the best in the Alii Kai I complex and we felt fortunate to stay there. This location was the best place to end our honeymoon. Thanks.

We had a great time and the view was beautiful.

Enjoyed the accommodation and the briefing on the Monday giving local knowledge of where to go and what to see - this was excellent. Enjoyed visiting the island although would have been nice to stay longer - recommend to anyone.

"What I liked best about the unit I rented was all the space that was available. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The best part of my trip was knowing that I would be sleeping in my own room. We traveled as one large family and it was nice to have our own space at night, or whenever we were home, to relax and read a book or just hear the breeze. The best picture I took was of us at the Hyatt Resort Luau. The food was delicious and filling and I had the best coconut cream pie ever! My advice to someone else staying at this unit would be to not worry about packing beach towels or boogie boards, they are already available with the rental and you will save a lot of space by not packing those bulky beach towels. The best "insider tip" I received while on my trip was to rent our snorkel gear. The rental is easy and you can rent the gear daily or weekly depending on your needs. We went to Boss Frogs and they were very curtious and resonable, about $9 for flippers and snorkel mask. If you can, visit Kauai during the Coconut festival in Kapaa. We were there during the festival and it was a great place to shop, eat, and learn more about the rich culture that is in Hawaii."
