We thoroughly enjoyed the condo.....................excellent location, spacious, and quiet.
A wonderful value.
When we arrived late in the evening, we found the Condo dirty. There were popcorn hulls on the carpet, and the tile floor was visibly dirty. Table tops and counters were dirty, as was the stovetop. There were alot of bugs, and while we realize bugs are part of Hawaii, we rented three other condos while in Hawaii, and none of them had a bug problem. Towels had been left in the dryer, but at least they were washed.
We were pleased that once we called, the place was cleaned satisfactorily the next day. We sprayed for bugs. There was not adequate parking either. The Unit also could use some updating.
If you really want a budget price, then you might be happy with this Condo... if it is cleaned. Next time we will pay a little more for a nicer unit.
Your Property Manager for some reason I found to be alittle rude and unprofessional. He needs to work on his Guest service skills. There were two incidents were he i felt that he came on very heavy handed in dealing with my foster son and his brother. His approach could have been alot more tempered and kinder. Rather then coming on like he was the property policemen. Other then this our stay was wonderful and alot of fun. Thank you for following up on our stay. Gregory Bland
