This beautiful townhome is located in the gated community of Villas of Kamali'i. Vaulted ceilings and the split three level design with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor offer the ideal layout for a family, several (3) couples, or any group of friends. Starting from $216.00 per night. $500.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $200.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Generally the rental was good. There were two issues with the rental that should be addressed - one is the terrible state of the pots and pans, and the second is the moldyness in the lower (master) bedroom.

New stainless steel pots and pans have been purchased for this unit. Moldy smell issue has been addressed and is no longer a problem.
