Starting from $199.50 per night. $500.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $200.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Generally the rental was good. There were two issues with the rental that should be addressed - one is the terrible state of the pots and pans, and the second is the moldyness in the lower (master) bedroom.

New stainless steel pots and pans have been purchased for this unit so the pots and pans are no longer in a 'terrible state'. New flooring has mitigated all mildew in the master bedroom.
