The house itself was very nice, quite clean, great views from the lanai. The booking agents and contacts in Kauai were very responsive and prompt. Our main concern, however, was one of the reasons we rented the house was the private hot tub, to our disappointment it was nonfunctional. The tub did not get hot, the light didn't work and the jets would not turn on all at the same time but rather one at a time. We expressed our concerns and 2 days later a repair man reportedly came to look at it but to our disappointment stated that the tub was working fine when clearly it wasn't and nothing was fixed.

Thank you for sharing the review. Unfortunately, when the jacuzzi technician went to the house, the guest was not present, or he could have instructed them in the use of the jacuzzi. The problems with its functioning were determined to be "operator error". All systems are - and were - in good working condition.
