Starting from $395.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in. $312.50 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
Reviews
The place was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the gate not opening. We had to enter the security code several time before it worked. Also, the landscaping people came early morning. Since there are no curtains on the back windows, my family was "exposed" to the landscaping people. Some type of notification should be made to inform the renters. The best part was the trip was sail boat trip along the Na Pali coast. We also enjoyed out visit to the Waimea Canyon and Wailua Falls.

We LOVED the house that we just left. Of all the amazing things that we saw and experienced, the thing that I may miss the most will be the tradewinds blowing through the house's louvered windows. Beautifully appointed (although not really a comfortable chair to relax in), lovely grounds, and the most well-appointed kitchen I have ever used in a rental home! The one suggestion that we would have would be to inform the guests that there will be constant traffic on foot flowing through the front yard en route to the beach. It was no problem except the first day when the windows were a little "too" open in all of the rooms. We quickly figured it out! Thanks for an AWESOME week. Great value
