Rates

Starting from $150.00 per night. $225.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 100 days before check-in $200.00 security deposit. Additional Fees: $25.00 for Reservation fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

we've stayed at this unit a number of times....very much love the views! That's why we pick it. And, the comfy bed. This time, however, we were starting to see that the unit needs a bit of TLC...perhaps some new towels, more comfortable deck furniture...just a few things to bring it up to par.

What I liked best about the unit was the location and the view. We thought the interior was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. There was a lot of moisture wear and tear. A freshened bathroom would go a long way to makiing this a fantastic spot.

supply napkins,foil or saran wrap. no hand towels for bathroom.replace burned out lights. the piece of furniture (lounge) is is too large for the room and passage of luggage. the unit is nice, clean, great view and comfortable. Had a great stay. Thank you.
