Beautifully furnished and with modern, new appliances, this condo has two spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Located in the center of this resort community, the condo is near a walking path, the hotel, the library, the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Shopping Center. White sand beaches are a short drive away and activities nearby include helicopter and horseback rides, zipline adventures, hiking and a seabird refuge. Shopping and dining are available right in Princeville as well as Kilauea and neighboring Hanalei. Hanalei is known for it's vintage, plantation-style architecture, collection of eclectic shops and laid-back attitude. Continue west past Hanalei to Haena and the end of the road. This drive offers gorgeous scenery along the way and, if you feel like hiking, you'll find the trailhead for the Kalalau Trail off the parking lot at Ke'e Beach. After a busy day of activities and adventure, you'll really appreciate your personal air-conditioned oasis with all the comforts of home. You can relax in the pool, workout gym and hot tub that the Plantation at Princeville offers to their guests. Enjoy your stay!

Starting from $160.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in Additional Fees: $90.00 for res fee 40. + LDW 50. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The Condo was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It was inconvenient to not have the phone accessible for use, as we had another party in another condo that we couldn't communicate with since we never got the phone number for this unit. (Cell phones were in roaming in Princeville). The only trouble we had was the driveway. It isn't completely paved, only partially paved (like runners). There was a very limited "turn around" space, and the grass at the end of the driveway got accidentally "drove over" and the caretaker wasn't very happy. We were very careful after the first time, but since the Unit is right on the corner of the main road, other people were turning around in our driveway, continuing to muddy it up. The caretaker then put stakes and tape up to prevent us from using the driveway to park our car, and when we returned late at night, we had no place to park as all the excess parking was taken. We didn't appreciate that. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Unit again. It was beautiful and a great value. Mahalo for giving us a wonderful place to stay... even if it did rain ALL week.
