EVERYTHING about this home was perfect. Huge amount of space and very well appointed. Nothing was lacking here. Property was postcard pretty. Only complaint all week were the bothersome flies while outside. No mosquitos though! 8/06rnps... fresh flowers inside were just lovely!

The house was a pleasant surprise. Ideally located in such a quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the lanai in the mornings for coffee and pasteries with the view of the mountains. We just fell in love with the house and hope to book it again for our next trip to Kauai. Many thanks.

Pali Ke Kua 109 was a great condo! The view was fantastic. We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time. It had all the amenities of home and was affordable. it was great! I would stay there again.
Our family, including twin 11 year old girls, had a blast ... the accommodations were superior (although it could / should have been cleaner - FIRE the cleaning crew!!!), views outstanding and access to all was plenty convenient. This experience is worthy of a repeat performance!!! THANKS!!
Our time at Mauna Kai was so wonderful. The accomodations were perfect for our party of six. My husband and I so enjoyed our early mornings on the lanai watching the birds in the lovely garden. Our location was excellent for the wonderful beach snorkeling. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool at the end of the day also. Highly recommend.
The condo was very welcoming and confortable. It was always a great feeling to come 'home' after full days of activities and enjoy the spectacular sunsets right outside the livingroom door... Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. Mahalo.

Aloha again,rnThis time it was my daughter and son-in-law and their children who stayed in unit 1B. I did visit with them a few times. The unit was very nice and well furnished. They all enjoyed all the rooms and the TV's, etc. A great time was had by all. Again, I didn't hear any complaints. We all loved the island and will certainly return some day soon. Thank you again. We had a wonderful stay. The property had one of the best condo views of any we have had on the island in ten years. The only minor problem was a garbage disposal that I could not get to work. I tried re-setting but it didn't help. Hope you can remedy the problem. Many thanks,rnFrances Brown

This condo is about 35 years old, and seems to have never been updated, or properly maintained. Peeling formica, broken cabinets (one a safety hazard, as a cabinet door fell on my foot!) worn and stained carpets and linoleum made the place feel dreary and uninviting. Stained sheets and what appeared to be rodent droppings (though the resident manager assured me the were gecko droppings, as if that were desirable!) made it appear the place is seldom thoroughly cleaned. rnThe unit design made little provision for cross-ventilation and with no AC and a due-west exposure the condo was unbearably hot in the afternoons. The view was no compensation, since we had to close the drapes to get relief from the sun which poured directly into our windows.rnWhile we found it reasonably quiet (though we could hear neighbors on each side at times) the tenant in the unit below us complained constantly about noise, asserting that even our walking across the carpeted floor in bare feet was annoy
A gorgeoous view and a gorgeous condo. Plenty of room for all of us including three teenage boys. Resort was easy to get around with convenient facilities. We made a great choice.
Amazing place to stay. Though limited on views, have not stayed in a nicer condo or hotel room anywhere. Highest quality furniture made this just like home. Quality construction with tons of marble & granite, AC, woodwork, stainless steel appliances, WiFi and huge lanai. Really a 1st class place.
This was a beautiful condo! Everything that we could possibly need was provided, coolers, pool toys, irons, and laundry soap! The facilty was gorgeous and well maintained besides being absolutley in the most lush, pristine setting one can imagine. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay.
Aloha,rnMy family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hale Le'a Princeville. We had an odd mix of two grandma's, two kids, and the two of us (husband and wife). The room arrangements worked out very well. As a golfer, I appreciated the proximity to both the Makai and Prince courses. The drive into Hanalei was reasonable to get to Ke'e or other beaches, and we actually found the beach at the Princeville hotel to be quite nice as well. rnThe unit itself was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was a great place to come home to after a day at the beach, golf, or sightseeing. I would recommend Hale Le'a to anyone, especially families. rnMahalo.
The unit was a disappointment for us due to the complete lack of sound proofing. We could hear the upstairs tenants doing everything! They were not overly loud, it was pretty bad to say the least. The view was great though... We just enjoyed that!
This house has gorgeous Asian-inspired decor and breathtaking views from every one of the huge picture windows. It is oceanfront, but if you want easy ocean access, this isn't the place for you. It is close to some of the best beaches on the island, however. We would definitely return!
The place is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view! We stayed with 2 other couples and the home was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Great house! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were wonderful. We had been concerned about no air conditioning but the house had louvered windows in all of the rooms. We opened the windows and had a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house. We would stay here again on our next visit to Kauai.
You can't go wrong with the amazing view, private beach, and close proximity to the Princeville Hotel. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of 3 and had all the extra's that made our vacation easier - snorkles, beach towels, washer/dryer, and video player along with a copy of South Pacific. Our 4 year old now sings "I wanna wash that man right out of my hair" - Thanks for the wonderful memories.
Unit Superb. Grounds very beautiful. Only major downer was inability to get food/drink at pool, which is not a good thing in Hawaii. Wouldn't come back if that's still the case at a future date. Bar area very fun, and restaurant very nice.

Beautiful home! The views were better than expected and the house was immaculate. We highly recommend the house to others. A short five-ten minute walk to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again.
Absolutely beautiful view from this condo! The decor was amazing. We didn't have great weather, so it was especially nice to have nice accomadations. Well equiped and comfortable. Only wish the beach towel service was better , the pool slightly heated. The walk to the beach is a bit of a shlep as is the walk to the parking. Great that there are no cars near the condo, but can't relie on getting a golf cart quickly.

Very nice house, generally very roomy and comfortable, but needs some upkeep, such as locks that don't work, light switches in crazy places, washer/dryer that don't function properly, and very limited hot water for showers. Beautiful view, particularly from master bedroom, though with some bush trimming it could be much better. Very complete kitchen, plenty of bath towels, etc. Great hot tub on deck. Bikes, beach mats, etc. for use by guests sere appreciated.
This unit was incredible, we watched whales from the lanai, enjoyed yummy home cooked meals, spent lazy mornings and wonderful evenings. We are definitely coming back!
The villa was very comfortable and plenty of space for us. My only complaint was that there was a full trash can in the master bath. I'm sure it was just an oversight on the part of the cleaning service, but a little unsettling none the less.
