Waipouli Beach Resort C105 - Then unit was nice with nice upgrades that made it feel cozy. However the dishwasher did not work...I had to call 4 or 5 times to get it fixed. The first time was at 2:30 In the morning because it would not shut off and we could not find the circuit breaker (was hidden behind a mirror). When I called the remax lady she was obviously not happy with me on the phone. So one of the nicest ammenities, the dishwasher, we did not get to enjoy. We also went through about 4 different key cards....VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! THe pool was very nice, however I would of though that being a resort they would have music to enjoy outside while swimming. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Waipouli Beach Resort C301 - Everything was awesome! We enjoyed everyday we were there. The only reason for not a 5 out of 5 is because we were not able to get a late check-out and we had housekeeping knocking on our door @ 9am (1hr before check-out) asking us if we where leaving yet. Other than that, it was awesome and would be interested in staying again and again!!
Waipouli Beach Resort C105 - the only issue is that unit C105 had a differnt name as the guests, it was under Weinstein vs. Boche, so there were questions when we tried to check in, they took care of us, but I dont understand how that name was on the books when Boche is who paid for the unit. The property was great! Amy Boche
Waipouli Beach Resort C203 - We absolutely loved the unit. We were disappointed, though, that the resort is marketed as all beach front when our views were of the parking lots. We would have definitely made a different unit choice if that information would have been available. The only suggestion we have for the actual unit would be better lighting in the main living area.
Waipouli Beach Resort C105 - A beautiful unit and resort! We were pleased to find that there were actually 2 "master" suites, as well as a "guest" bathroom. Everything in the unit was high quality, which, along with the well-stocked (appliance, dishes, etc.) kitchen, made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. My son had a great time on the water slides at the pool, which was laid out very nicely, so as not to cluster everyone in a single area. The Smith's Luau remains the best - best food, best show! All in all, a great trip to Kauai, at a beautiful resort!
Waipouli Beach Resort G306 - Loved: 1. Unit size and quality 2. View all ocean--fantastic 3. Access--to room, pool and beach 4. Facilities--pool, parking, lighting all good 5. Proximity to Kapaa Suggestions: 1. Curtains on the windows. There is no privacy. 2. Problems with keys very difficult to correct. Front desk not helpful at all. 3. Let people know that ocean is not really swimmable. Wouldn't have altered my decision because beach is so good.
