Starting from $1,600.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in. $2,000.00 security deposit. $625.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
