"Best about unit -- As advertised, clean, well stocked. Good service available from pleasant owner. Fine location to beaches, across street, also a mile or less from variety of restaurants and bars/dancing.

Customer should be advised there are a dozen steps required to get to unit, not a problem for me, but for someone with heavy large bags or handicap could be.
